About the Item
This is a set of six dining chairs designed by Carlo Ratti for Industria Legni Curvati in the 1960s. The chairs are formed from bent plywood with a teak veneer, and have black tubular steel legs. The curved seats give a nice contrast to the straight minimalistic metal legs. The slightly tapered legs are slanted and are unmistakably Italian in form.
Each chair measures 19 inches deep, 19 inches wide, and 31 inches high. Their seat height is 17.5 inches. The plywood has signs of use, and shows some small scratches. It appears that there were some well-done repairs to the veneer at some point. There is some age apparent to the legs. Overall, these chairs are in good condition with light signs of use. Please see photos. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded on a case by case basis, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If there is no damage to the item, but a return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for both the initial and return shipping cost. It is at our discretion to refuse the refund of undamaged goods. If an order is placed and you would like to cancel the order, please notify us immediately. Any refunds will be processed via the same means that payment was made.
