About the Item

This unique late medieval chair dates from the Romanesque period and was made in England. The chair is made of walnut wood, in which beautiful floral patterns are carved. It looks like the chair was made of leftovers from walls and timber. This strong shaped and touching chair has seen soo much this past 400 years and is a beautiful addition to your midcentury or eclectic home. It can be used for sitting, as a sidechair or just as an visual object to love and cherish and give power of the past to room or space.
