About the Item

A lovely C18th Swedish rococo single chair which is full of original character. It was made in 1760. The chair features carved shell detailing to the front of the seat and back, with trailing leaf detailing to the legs. It retains traces of its original paint. The chair could be used as a desk or side chair and can easily stand alone.
