About the Item

A handsome pair of vintage library chairs by Heritage-Henredon, made in the mid-20th Century. They consist of solid cherry wood frames and leatherette upholstery in a brick-red hue. The form takes after the simplified, linear shapes of designs by Frank Lloyd Wright. A noteworthy feature are the metal studs that line the backs, adding a hint of ornamentation. Dimensions: 20 in. width 23 in. depth 29.5 in. height 26 in. arm height 20 in. seat height 18 in. seat depth 6.5 in. floor clearance Condition notes: In good condition with general wear that's consistent with the chairs' age and use. This includes scuffs and nicks to wood.
