About the Item
This Danish modern desk chair designed by Erik Buch for Ørum Møbelfabrik in the 1950s-1960s. It features an organic design, solid teak frame, and a Upholstered seat with a cane backrest. A nice early example of this chair design with the desirable caned backrest. As photos show, the caning is damaged in areas. May be desirable to restore. Some surface wear. Yet to hit with a teak oil or something similar to remove most of the wear. Vintage condition.
