About the Item
Classic Danish Mid Century chairs designed by Hans Wegner. The chairs in a sophisticated mix of teak and oak with rush seats and having the cruciform pegs on the backs. This is an older pair with some edge nicks and some breaks and losses to the rush seats however the joinery is strong and the wood patina can only be achieved with age. Each with rush woven seats.
Dimensions: 20.6” wide by 18” deep by 29.75” high. Seat height 17.5”.
Condition: Please see detail photos. As mentioned, the chairs have aging and distressing. Including some nicks to the frames and some broken and missing rush and while some level of restoration may be desired the joinery is strong and the age patina to the wood is exceptional.
