Erik Karlström, side chair, chromed steel, leather, Sweden, 1960s.
Elegant and modern dining chair with unusual shaped backrest designed by Erik Karlström. This chair was made in the 1960s and has a very contemporary appearance. The large backrest in a circular shape and the steel frame of this design reminds of the designs of Poul Kjaerholm that were made in the same period in time.
Kindly note that the leather is in fair condition with some tears. Reupholstery or restoration is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come.
