About the Item

Very decorative country house side chair. It's a so-called "Captain's Chair" and probably made at the end of the 19th Century. About 1880. The chair has been repainted several times and has gained quite a bit of wear and tear over the years. For me this is exactly what makes this chair interesting. It's color is Burgundy red and the height of the armrests is 28.1 inch. I bought it in Denmark by the way. The chair has been completely reglued by my restorer. H x W x D = 77-45 x 53 x 45 cm / 30.3-17.7 x 20.9 x 17.7 inch
