About the Item

A pair of Italian late 19th century side chairs. These Italian chairs feature nicely carved legs and X-shaped cross stretcher. They are adorned with three nailheads at each corner of the seat. They are painted light grey over gold color. The pair has been newly upholstered in Belgian linen. The seat is short, similar to a slipper chair.
