About the Item

A superb and stylish pair of mid-18th Century Swedish 'Folk' Chairs with their original faded original paint. These are from Hellsingland and would probably have been part of a larger set of dining chairs - now almost works of art but still usable as desk or hall chairs. Circa 1750.
