About the Item

A pair of 19th century William IV period fine quality solid mahogany bar back side chairs with newly upholstered seats, in excellent condition. These strong chairs are designed with an attractive curved bar back connected to shaped, carved reeded vertical supports. The chairs feature stuff-over seats, which have been professionally upholstered in new top quality fabric. Raised on reeded tapered front legs, with sabre legs to the rear. Superb quality with a great patina. The chair seat height is 48cm. The dimensions are: Height: 89cm (35.0in) Width: 55cm (21.7in) Depth: 55cm (21.7in)
