This charming pair of antique low chairs was crafted in France circa 1920 and reflects the honest simplicity of traditional French Provincial seating. Built from solid oak, each chair features finely turned legs and uprights joined by shaped stretchers, providing both structural integrity and visual rhythm. These very comfortable antique ladder back chairs were crafted in Normandy, France circa 1920. Built in walnut and beechwood and attributed to Charles Dudouyt, each chair sits on round turned legs and features two ladders in the back embellished with bun shape finials at the top.
