About the Item
A pair of 19th century asymmetrical side chairs in the manner of Gabriel Viardot. Original finish with nice glow to patina. Appears to be original fabric. In my research I Have viewed the same design chairs posted to the internet as Viardot? But, as I am not an authority on this particular designer / maker I am not able to confirm, therefore, I am attributing these to Viardot.
ONE CHAIR IS FOR RESTORATION. ONE CHAIR IS IN VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION...One broken and repaired leg. Loss of fretwork to one chair back. As they say "Buy one, Get One (as-is) Free"
