Royal House Antiques Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this stunning pair of fully restored original Italian side hall chairs with hand carved Corinthian pillar side panels and hand dyed brown leather upholstery Please note the delivery fee listed is just a guide, it covers within the M25 only for the UK and local Europe only for international, if you would like an accurate quote, please send me your postcode and I’ll provide you with the exact price. A very good looking well-made and decorative pair of chairs, they have ornately carved frames in oak, the front legs recess small brass castors to make them easier to slide in and out. The side panels have very architectural Corinthian Pillars carved in them which I have never seen before, its all very Grand tour! Condition wise, the chairs have been fully restored, the frames have been washed back and French polished, the leather has been stripped back, hand dyed six times, sealed waxed and polished, they are in stunning order throughout Dimensions Height:- 108cm Width:- 51cm Depth:- 54cm Seat height:- 44cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
