About the Item

Unique sculptural metal chair, France 1960s. Beautiful aerodynamic flowing shapes resulting in an outstanding sculptural object. The surface of the chair shows a nice thick and voluminous lacquered finish, achieved over the years. Interesting play between the positive and negative space resulting in light and open piece, yet the flowing and continuing lines making it volumnious at the same time. The chair can both be placed inside or outdoors as a singular eye catcher. The stable and strong construction is offering a good comfort due to the large supportive curved backrest. In excellent condition.
