About the Item

A pair of black-enameled iron and yellow velvet slipper lounge chairs designed by A.R.P and produced by Airborne, France, c. 1953. A.R.P., Atelier De Recherches Plastique, was a collaborative design project between Pierre Guariche, Joseph- André Motte and Michel Mortier. The metal legs present with light to moderate oxidation. Vintage fabric in fair condition. Dimensions (Inches): 30.5” H x 22” W x 26” D Seat Height (Inches): 17”
