About the Item
I love a 'Palazzo Torta' sofa. These wonderful round sofas are mainly found in large palazzi or in old hotels in Italy. This one was found in Naples - it was made in the 1970s and we restored and reupholstered it in a dusty pink silk velvet. It can sit under a chandelier in a grand entrance or it can be split in two and sit along the walls, Medici style. Each cushion is marked for its specific place by our upholsterers and the piece is finished to an exceedingly high standard.
