About the Item
A well drawn 19th century country house 2 seater Chesterfield sofa. Firmly attributed to Hampton
Sons of Pall Mall - London c1880. Raised on beautifully worked turned ebonized and parcel gilt front legs with splayed rear legs all with brass casters. Retaining its original sprung buttoned back upholstery and with a more recent seat with a sprung front edge.
Structurally in good solid condition and ready for upholstery.
As with all our upholstered seating we do offer upholstery should you wish.
