About the Item
Inspired by the refined Art Deco aesthetics of the 1920s and 1930s, the Lorsky sofa is a tribute to one of the most important sculptors of the Art Deco movement in America and Europe: Boris Lovet Lorski. The armrests are in fact embellished with two elegant cameos depicting Lorski's sculpture of a warrior woman. A tribute to the strength of nature and women.
Features
Settees sofa in lacquered solid wood. Seats and backs upholstered and covered in white velvet. Elegant hand-chiselled cameos in sardonic shell embellish the armrests. Available in other colours on request. Hand-embroidered pillows not included in the price and available on request.

Language
Our language stems from our cultural heritage coming from the Kingdom of the two Sicilies and from cabinetmaking of which we have internalized the discipline, technique and vision.
- The carvings: they become elements that sculpt the air and dictate the rhythm of space; a game of seduction between opposites: hot and cold, masculine and feminine, natural and precious materials, pure and primary shapes alternating with organic forms of nature.
- The inlays: they lose the only decorative value, acquiring in themselves the narrative value of the object; perspectives, optical illusions, sometimes provocative, sometimes sensual, sometimes ethereal and elusive, natural materials and textures that anthropomorphize nature.

42 are the wooden species kept in our vault of centuries-old veneers, 5 of which are endangered; 2 are the result of anomalies: woods tell as much about humanity as people do.
In Hebanon Fratelli Basile 1830 we operate with respect for man and the environment,
using only non-toxic products for human health, formaldehyde free, wood with forest certifications and recovering processing waste as a source of complementary energy.
All products are 100% certified Designed and manufactured in Italy, branded and identified by an identification number and holographic mark that guarantee their uniqueness and originality in the world.

Romanza is a sofa that redefines affection design, and combines modern and contemporary design styles with the memory of ancient Moroccan seating.
Romanza's frame is the epitome of the finest Italian cabinetry: made with the technique of inlaid solid ash and Canaletto walnut wood, and the arms are made of thermoformed solid ash and shaped completely by hand. Buttons are made of inlaid wood ash and canaletto walnut.
Upholstered items are made of non-deformable polyurethane foam in different densities available for both indoor and outdoor environments.
Fabric covers can be chosen from Zimmer + Rhode, Pierre Frey, Elitis and Acro "free life" collections. Elitis FARNIENTE ISEO outdoor fabric was used in the photo.
When ordering, specify whether the product is for Indoor or Outdoor.
Features
