This elegant sofa features a distinctive solid walnut frame with decorative brass wire inset panels on the armrests, created by designer Bertha Schaefer for Singer Sons circa 1954. The piece was part of Singer Sons' highly regarded collection, which included works from renowned designers such as Gio Ponti, Carlo Molino, Carlo di Carli, and Ico Parisi.
