About the Item

Elegant Biedermeier sofa with an ashwood-veneered frame, crafted around 1830. The seat, armrests, backrest, and rear are fully upholstered in a green and blue striped fabric. Its straight backrest and flush base emphasize the clean lines characteristic of the Biedermeier style. Decorative disc-shaped ornaments adorn the armrests and corners of the backrest. The piece has been hand-polished and is in well-maintained condition.
