Danish designer Borge Mogensen originally designed the 2213 sofa for his own home in 1962. Today, the sofa is probably the most iconic sofa in mid-century Danish design, found in embassies, corporate headquarters, private residences, galleries and museums around the world. It is a classic design, comfortable, elegant and timeless. This 3 seater sofa was made by Fredericia Stolefabrik, which was the name of the original manufacturer of the 2213. There is no label from the manufacturer, however this has all the details consistent with an authentic Borge Mogensen sofa and is imported from a Denmark
