An elaborate Victorian shaped walnut sofa, the deep-buttoned back with an arched cresting rail and upswept corners curving down to scrolling arms continuing into cabriole legs with brass castors, with a serpentine seat rail, carved with a central boss flanked by C-scroll, leafy tendrils and scrolls. English, circa 1880.
