About the Item
Louis XVI style sofa having carved gilded wood and beautiful new upholstery. The lovely frame displays fluted columns topped by acanthus leaves. The base is composed of fluted and tapered feet. The belt and the crosspieces are decorated with water leaves and gadroons. The upholstery in gold silk presents decorations of rolled foliage on both sides of the sofa. H arms 26"
