About the Item
With its clean lines and comfortable back cushions, the Island sofa is both timeless and elegant.
The sofa is customizable, made to order, and we offer a variety of sizes and fabric and colour options in 100% linen or 100% hemp, with either visible or hidden seams.
The sofa is handcrafted in Spain by a company founded in 1945 that has been making furniture in their workshops for nearly 80 years.
Their upholstered furniture pieces are a benchmark in European design, often chosen by award-winning designers and architects, such as Vincent Van Duysen.
The sofa is handcrafted from solid pine and beech, completely assembled, without any other type of fixing. The seat is formed by biconic springs tied by hand one by one, covered with semi-soft flame retardant foam of 60 kg / m3 of density.
Back cushions made with compartments in 100% cotton poplin fabric, filled out with goose down and silicone fiber to improve recovery.
The listed price is for the largest size, 280cm, with a hemp slipcover.
