About the Item
Sizable and very elegant Danish 1930-40s curved sofa raised on a beech frame and legs. These type of sofas was manufactured from the 30's and up through the early 50's. This model is from around 1935-40 and has more Art Deco inspired leg that are very coveted today. Solid construction with springs in the seat and the backrest for support and cushioning. The sofa was re-upholstered at a later point in a beautiful diamond-pattern. The wool fabric is showing some wear and dirt and we recommend having it reupholstered These increasingly sought after late deco period designed sofas have a great presence about them with alluring low swung very organic lines.
We are able to offer re-upholstery services for this sofa at very competitive prices. The design pattern can be changed or retained and we are also able to use shearling or lambswool.
