About the Item
Frits Henningsen is famous for his Classic sofa designs most of which were produced between 1935 and late 1940s. This sofa is supposedly one of his later designs a with sharper and more modern angles. Quite rare this 1950s sofa has a beautiful frame of dark stained flamed birch. The sofa is in very good condition and has been re-upholstered in wool fabric at some later point. Very elegantly executed and in good usable condition although it is showing some wear and dirt and we recommend reupholstery which we can offer at a very competitive price.
