A very good looking, rare and collectable pieces of Regency furniture. This would have been used in a library or study for literary, conversation. It is small as with all these pieces and low to the ground, the height can be raised by adding porcelain castors which I'm happy to do for the cost price
My plan was to have it upholstered in leather but alas, the time to move it on is at hand and often clients like to upholster with their own fabric or leather
Condition wise we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there will be age and use related patina marks here and there, nothing you wouldn’t expect from a used piece of furniture
