As a LAPADA dealer and furniture maker, I have many many pieces in stock and extensive resources.
In addition to being a very generous length at circa 240cm this particular piece is a very very beautiful and quite literally the “Holy Grail” of leather chesterfield furniture. Completely original circa 1900 (addition of new leg).
The rarity of such a piece is a real treat but please note. This is more delicate and shows all of the battle scars of the past 120 years. This is an object of beauty and “wabi-sabi” character as to be expected of a piece of this age.
Fully coil sprung in the seat, arms and back and horse hair filled.
Pieces such as this are very likely to increase in their intrinsic future value.
