The frame is constructed from solid cherry and cherry veneer over solid wood—no particle board or composite materials. It features Stickley’s hallmark design elements: exposed joinery, chamfered posts, and subtle ebonized inlay accents. The piece was professionally refinished, revealing the natural depth and glow of cherry wood while preserving its original character.
The sofa has been re-upholstered in a high-quality, textured pale blue velvet featuring a subtle woven grid pattern—unique to this piece and chosen to elevate its handcrafted frame.
