19th Century Pair Tuscan Renaissance Revival Ottoman Tabourets Stools This matching pair of 19th century Florentine Italian ottoman stools are the perfect expression of the style. They are elaborately carved in walnut with ornamental details on the double scrolled legs. An x-shaped stretcher with a carved seashell center connects and unites the legs. These stools tabourets are sophisticated, elegant and refined. They celebrate the beauty of Florentine sculpted wood. The structure is strong and sound. The condition is good. One superficial crack. Newly upholstered. Wear commensurate with age and use. Measurements: H 21” x W 22 ½” x D 22”
