About the Item

An ebonised piano stool by Henry Brooks Co London. Beautifully made, well proportioned stool with cushioned seat leading to four turned legs with hoof like feet and delicate turned stretchers. Re-upholstered in a Howard Sons classic blue patterned ticking fabric to contrast the black ebonised frame. A lovely example of Victorian English furniture, circa. 1880.
