Pure / unmolested .original condition,, paint , patina,Retains (never seen foot glides) Charles E. Miller for American Cabinet Co. designed in the 1920s. This spring suspension had many uses for doctors, dentist, architects or artist. This design reminds me of the Eiffel Tower chair base design by Charles Eames for Herman Miller. Seat can adjust to 32.5" height.
