This exceptional 19th-century ottoman is a rare find, distinguished by its concave-shaped sides, which add a unique touch to its already charming design. Recently professionally upholstered in a heavyweight fabric, the upholstery is in good condition with no wear or major marks. The ottoman stands on period castors, further enhancing its appeal.

In very good antique condition, the ottoman shows only minor historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, and imperfections—all typical of genuine antique furniture. There are a few historic extinct woodworm holes on the underside, which have been treated for peace of mind.
This piece has no loose joints and is a rare, quality find with a wealth of character.
