Arch 01.1 is a stool or a side table with a clear design language. What looks like a static element quickly becomes much more dynamic when in use by someone sitting on it. The curve that slims down the seating object, creates a difference in mass, which offers the possibility to balance it while sitting. A beautiful collaboration between ergonomics and aesthetics.
The arch object is made out of sustainable solid oak, stained in barh blue. The colouring technique guaranteeing the wood drawing and veins to peek through beautifully.
note: The stainless steel bottom plate (as shown in the pictures) is optional. The prices quoted are for the seating object without the bottom plate. Please contact the 1stdibs team with your preference.
Please note that this object is manufactured in our MKI version. This means better ergonomics due to the modified weight distribution. We still have some MKII versions in stock which are heavier due to their solid construction. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the versions.
