About the Item
This stool is a part of the new Cooperage Dining collection. Each piece features large faceted round elements that with its namesake reference the traditional cooper's trade of making barrels.
The stool is shown in a bold palette of contrasting light and dark wood, which is natural white oak with torrefied oak. Torrefaction is a roasting process that produces the natural, darker color. Each contrasting board has a consistent dimensional width forming a strong visual thread, giving depth to the minimal forms and creating a somewhat camouflage effect when grouped together. Available for immediate purchase as shown.
Available with a custom upholstered cushion and in a variety of solid hardwoods, including solid walnut, white oak, hard maple and ash.
