This early 20th century sleigh from Germany is an excellent example of a child's toy or likely a display piece for your doll or teddy bear collection. The piece has a rustic looking seat made of wood and is supported by a frame made of wrought iron. It has a simple, understated design typical of antique folk art. The wood is slightly weathered and has a warm, natural tone that adds to the overall rustic aesthetic. Found at an estate sale in Nuremberg, Germany.
