About the Item

This is an English 18th century turned wood footstool (or small bench) which has been painted black for a striking, ebonized effect. Currently it has burlap upholstery on the seat and can be used as is, or reupholstered to one's own tastes. The four legs are turned with a baluster profile and have stretchers around the bottom connecting all. Please view the detailed images to see the current condition.
