About the Item

Part of the MiMi Series, this Minimalist, versatile stool or end table accents the home and office. Clean, faceted geometry and painted surfaces add depth and sophistication, while the carved top accommodates your preference for seating or display. These abstract and versatile pieces can be aggregated in clusters to form a coffee table or used as single elements when you need extra seating for your guests. Designed in Brooklyn by Italian-born architect Ale Preda for Miduny, this artisanal product is made in Italy by master craftsmen. The MiMi stool oak white model features a solid 13-ply furniture-grade birch plywood structure, a sessile-oak veneer top, a white painted finish at the facets (RAL 9003), and is coated with a commercial grade natural-looking matte finish. Each MiMi stool is hand-stamped with a unique serial number (on the underside) and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Like all our products, this item is efficiently packed for flat shipping inside a custom box, and minimal assembly is required. Our custom joinery system allows legs to be pressure fitted in the notched top and secured with two bolts.
