About the Item
A simple and classic pair of stools from the industrial Scandinavian midcentury design period.
The base is a strict iron frame with its original painted light grey colour which over the years gave it a certain patina and character.
The square seats have been meticulously reupholstered in a wool mix boucle fabric from The Designer's Guild firm, making the iron and wool combination feel more warm and homely.
They would look great in a minimal or industrial or any other interior as they are somehow discreet but still stylish.
Overall this pair is in a good condition. There is some wear on the base mainly with discolouration and rusty bits, which we have cleaned and treated it, as to be expected after 70 years.
We also have four office armchairs in same frame.
