The Perret Stool revives the optimism inherent in the formal expression of the mid-twentieth-century era and recontextualises it for the present.
The Perret Stool was designed with curves that are expressive yet restrained, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. The legs bend subtly toward the top, emphasising the scooped form of the seat. The concave timber seat and backrest, supported by slim steel plates, tapers to a fine point at their mid-section - a detail that adds to the lightness of the design.
The stool is made in New Zealand. The steel frame, timber seat and backrest can be customised upon request.
