c19th Century Rustic Side Table/Stool With Amazing Nail Fixtures, England.
A rustic oak table with amazing nail fixtures to the upper legs, the piece has a great aesthetic. Dating from the 1800s/early 1900s.
Befitting of interiors that blend pieces of different styles and ages, the piece would work equally well in a contrasting modern interior as well as traditional and also one that harnesses the stripped-back, primitive,
rustic, wabi-sabi aesthetic that is so on trend currently and embraces and helps us see natural beauty in imperfection. The piece has a great patina that only the nature of the material and time can produce.
Condition: The piece naturally shows wear commensurate with its age and the practical use it would have once served. Some of the age characteristics are no longer active woodworm, some slight losses and imperfections - please expect the endearing quirks of a piece this age and type.
