About the Item

This three-legged chair from the early 19th century is traditionally crafted, with mortise and tenon joints and a seat carved from a single piece of wood. The robust, primitive design is enhanced by the beautiful, warm patina the chair has acquired over more than two centuries. This combination gives the chair a unique, authentic appearance. A truly decorative piece of furniture with history and character. Origin: Scandinavia. Seat height 42cm, back height 81cm, width 35cm, depth 43cm.
