A sculptural balance of geometry and tactile refinement, this bespoke stool reinterprets materiality with a new nuance of light and texture.
The base is crafted from solid ashwood finished in a deep, semi-gloss black, its clean architectural lines anchored in the integrity of fine woodworking. Under subtle light, the soft sheen accentuates the interplay of light and shadow, while the visible grain offers authenticity and depth.
The seat is wrapped in Karakorum bouclé by Dedar Milano, colour 1 (ivory): a sumptuous looped wool-viscose blend inspired by the rich texture of astrakhan furs.
The result is a cloud of softness in striking contrast with the bold black base: a luxurious tactile experience that invites both touch and repose.
Each piece is handcrafted in Italy using time-honoured techniques, ensuring the highest standards of quality and durability. Though the ash is uniformly finished in black, the natural variation of the wood—the subtle shifts in tone and grain—remains perceptible beneath the surface, making each stool truly unique.
