A sculptural study in contrast, material depth, and contemporary elegance, this handcrafted stool takes on an even more striking presence in its black-on-black edition.
The solid ashwood base is finished in a semi-gloss black that enhances its bold geometric architecture while preserving the subtle perception of the wood grain beneath. Light moves across its surfaces with a refined, lacquer-like softness, giving the piece a totemic, powerful, and impeccably modern character.
Crowning the structure, the seat is upholstered in premium full-grain black leather — the very same leather quality used by Giorgio Armani for his iconic jackets. Supple yet structured, luxuriously smooth to the touch, and rich in natural character, this leather wraps the seat with an elevated tactile sophistication, creating a harmonious tension with the sculpted wooden base.
Each stool is meticulously handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans using traditional woodworking techniques. Even under the black finish, the natural variations of solid ash subtly emerge, ensuring that every piece remains unique — an authentic expression of the material’s essence.
