Each pouf rests on a circular walnut base supporting a softly rounded upholstered body, accentuated by vertical walnut inlays that divide the richly patterned velvet surface. The upholstery is entirely original: a sumptuous jacquard velvet in deep burgundy, gold, and olive tones, woven with bold geometric-floral motifs characteristic of the Italian Art Deco style.
