Vintage Danish teak footstools by sigfred Omann for Ølholm Møbelfabrik 1950s Set of 2.
Pair of identical Danish Scandinavian Modern foot rests manufactured by Ølholm Møbelfabrik, Denmark in the 1950s. Very elegant design with curved frame and floating seat. Round tapered legs and frame in solid teak, seat in laminated teak.
Both stools are stamped with makers mark.
Good original condition with light patina consistent with age and use. Cleaned and polished.

This striking pair of stools was designed by Sven Ellekaer and produced by Christian Linneberg Møbelfabrik in Denmark, 1962. The round seat pads are upholstered in a black and white vinyl leather, resting on a three-legged frame in teak wood. The decoratively applied vertical lines of a contrasting wenge wood veneer in the legs are unique for this model, which was normally executed entirely in teak or rosewood.
