About the Item

A pair of swivel lounge chair designed by Henry P Glass for J.L. Chase Co. for the forecast group. This example is the TV swivel chair with a boxy frame and angled arms, all floating above angled brass legs. Very comfortable spring seat. Solid wood frame construction. This is built to last generations. This chair would compliment pieces made by Gio Ponti, Edward Wormley, Vladimir Kagan, Robsjohn Gibbings, Harvey Probber and others. Quintessential mid century modern. These have been recently updated with knoll midnight blue mohair, which is 100% wool. Unmarked. Condition: Patina and scratches to the brass coated legs. New Foam and Mohair upholstery. Dimensions: 28"H x 29"W x 30"D S.H. 18" Shipping: Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for delivery depending upon your distance form the East Coast and our shippers routes.
