About the Item
This very unusual looking and handsome Georgian styled English leather wing armchair features a deep buttoned back and scrolled arm rests as well as the winged sides. The chair stands on 4 ball and claw feet with a shaped apron front, all beautifully carved. Markings, if any, on the leather would be small natural marks from the hide, and in no way detract from the quality or beauty of the piece. It measures 35 ¾ in – 91 cm wide, 40 in – 102 cm deep and 47 in – 119.5 cm in height, with a seat height of 22 in – 56 cm. This lovely armchair would make a superb addition to a variety of rooms and decors, both traditional and contemporary.
