About the Item

Having an arched backrest with flared wings, the long descending arms with carved handles and raised on turned supports, the handles issuing iron rods with shell shaped finials used to support a tray, the backrest fitted with gilt iron ratchets for multiple levels of recline, the generous seat resting on turned legs the back splayed to the rear and a turned h-form stretcher, the legs terminating on ball feet.
